Dining for Disney World app good for
I really love this app, so usefull
some pictures of items in the menu would have be a great addition...
Easy to use and has the all the info needed. I wish to see a search option for food and not just resturant names in the future.
This is a great up and fairly up to date! I like the ease of use. Make it better by adding pictures of food items.
Helped us plan our trip with special meals in Disney. Could book resturaunts before we traveled
What a great application, lets me know the prices, what it will cost in cash and on the meal plan. A definite must have for Disney travelers. The food at Disney, on the other hand, leaves much to be desired.
If you are a "Foody", and care about where and what you eat this app is for you!
Parents can feel like they are on vacation too when choosing places to eat that are more than just "quick service". You can view the menu of every restaurant, and get a feel for the atmosphere of the many different options that Disney has to offer.
Some bad moments
Menus are not up to date - no waffle sandwich @ Sleepy Hollow, no meatball sliders @ Portobellos, no drink menus or prices anywhere on property. A lot lacking.
It Just lists the names and gives you the phone number to call.
Menus are outdated - I sent them an update over a month ago and it was never updated so it looks like the app is no longer being supported, hopefully they arent charging for the app anymore, if they are buyer beware
Unfortunately there are missing restaurants. Would be more useful if dining info was updated more frequently especially with all the changes that are being made by Disney.
I am no fan of ads in any sort on a paid for app. I updated this app and now every time I open it, it says this app is discontinued and gives me an ad for a free update to a replacement app. I dialed into the new replacement program called Magic Guide but it is asking for money to get rid of the ads. So my choice is to stick with this app with a large ad for the other app every time I open, or move to the other app and have ads for other apps unless I repurchase with one of those in app purchases. When I purchased this app originally, I had no ads. I’m disappointed that I have ads now and no matter which way you look at it I have to spend money to remove them to continue using this app instead of moving to the My Disney Experience app. I had Disney World Dining just for menus. If I have to change apps, My Disney Experience, provided by Disney, will allow me to make restaurant reservations, make fast pass plus reservations, and manage photopass directly from that app. — Developers, I’m not interested in moving to Magic Guide as it has ads that I do not wish to view. It would have been a better move to go to a version 2 of this app and add in IAP for menus for the current year forgoing the addition of ads.
So I purchased this app and when opened it, it immediately said that it was discontinued and to download the "newer" app which is full of ads which is why I bought this one, to avoid the ads.
